<br />During the Division’s review of SL12, the Division mistakenly increased the pre-SL12 liability amount in
<br />the Permit System from $28,814,154.45 to $29,276,956.00, rather than leave the pre-SL12 liability
<br />amount at $28,814,154.45. The $29,276,956.00 amount was the post-MR215 liability amount shown
<br />on the 1st revised MR215 Decision Form dated 12/1/10 (MR215 was submitted in response to Mid-
<br />Term Review MT6, conducted on 6/4/2010); however, the Division had actually revised the
<br />$29,276,956.00 amount down to $28,797,697.00, as documented on the 2nd revised MR215 Decision
<br />form dated 2/23/11. Nevertheless, the Division should not have increased the pre-SL12 liability
<br />amount; it should have been left at $28,814,154.45.
