Travis Marshall, Environmental Protection Specialist <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver,CO 80203 <br /> RE: Submittal of Von Doose Mine 110(1)Reclamation Permit Application <br /> Dear Mr.Marshall, <br /> This letter and the enclosed documents comprise Atlas Mining& Reclamation, LLC's(AMR)application <br /> for a Hard Rock/Metal Mining Limited Impact Operation 110(1) Reclamation Permit Application for the <br /> Von Doose Mine in Ouray County. <br /> The proposed operation is located on private patented mining claims leased by AMR from the claim <br /> owner, Red Mountain Trust, LLC.
