<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 21 <br />regarding the RN-07 application were sent by the Division on February 1, 2019 to the Rio <br />Blanco County Commissioners, Rio Blanco County Planning Department, Office of <br />Archaeology and Historic Preservation, U.S. Bureau of Land Management, Department of <br />Natural Resources – Division of Water Resources, Department of Interior - Office of Surface <br />Mining, and Blue Mountain Energy. A comment letter was received from the Colorado Historic <br />Society dated February 11, 2019. This letter stated that due to no modifications or revisions <br />being proposed to the existing permit, a finding of no historic properties affected is appropriate <br />for the proposed undertaking. <br /> <br />A comment letter was received from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife dated February 8, 2019. <br />The letter stated that CPW feels that there should be no adverse effects to wildlife species in the <br />area of the mine. <br /> <br />The Division sent a total of eighteen adequacy review comments to BME on April 5, 2019. BME <br />submitted the set of adequacy responses on April 22, 2019, which adequately addressed all of the <br />Division’s review questions. <br /> <br />The Division conducted Applicant Violator System checks on April 5, 2019 and May 20, 2019 <br />and found that there were no violations reported for BME. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
