C-19 <br /> The loadout and scale facilities will be situated approximately 200 ft. east of the west end of the Permit <br /> Area,and proximal to the terminus of the loadout loop road. The 100-ton capacity scale feature will be an <br /> approximately 10-ft. by 70-ft. surface-mounted modular unit. <br /> (v) Ancillary Facilities <br /> Certain ancillary facilities will be established in order to support the mining and processing operations, to <br /> include the following. <br /> Plant Offices <br /> The main plant office will consist of two 8-ft.by 20-ft. portable containerized units situated along the west <br /> side of the product storage bin structures. Secondary offices, also consisting of two 8-ft.by 20-ft. portable <br /> containerized units,will be located proximal to the west end of the wet plant facilities. <br /> Generator Facilities <br /> Generator facilities will consist of four individual natural-gas fired units that will be located alongside the <br /> right shoulder of the ranch service road(interior to the Permit Area)proximal to the north end of the product <br /> storage bin structures. Protective barriers will be installed on three sides of the approximately 30-ft by 90-ft <br /> area. <br /> Diesel Fuel Storage <br /> A single 6,000 gallon capacity diesel fuel storage tank will be located alongside the right shoulder of the <br /> ranch service road (interior to the Permit Area) proximal to the product storage bin structures. The tank <br /> will be a double-walled, fire-protected tank of horizontal cylinder design, approximately 198-inches long <br /> by 96-inches in diameter. Protective barriers will be installed on all four sides of the installation; and, a <br /> Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan(SPCC Plan)will be prepared. <br /> Diesel fuel will be delivered to site via a third-party contractor. <br /> Keenesburg Project—Limited Impact 110 Application_May 24,2019 <br />
