B-22
species identified as having a potential for occurrence are the Burrowing Owl, Mountain Plover (both
considered as "possible"), and the Plains Pocket Gopher (considered "likely"), respectively. No known
occurrences of these species within the Project Area were identified during the desktop review or the field
investigation. Due to the potential for occurrence of these species, CSC will consult with USFWS and
CPW to determine if and to what extent mitigation measures, if any,may be warranted. At this juncture,it
is not anticipated that the Keenesburg Project (limited to less than 10-acres total disturbance) would
significantly or adversely impact wildlife or wildlife habitat.
Keenesburg Project—Limited Impact 110 Application_May 24,2019
