Its <br /> northerly extension from that point is a limited-access and privately-owned/maintained roadway (as <br /> earlier described in Exhibit A: Legal Description and Location) controlled by Waste Management <br /> Corporation for it use and use by others (as authorized by Waste Management Corporation). A <br /> Structure Agreement has been obtained from Waste Management Corporation for the privately owned <br /> portion(i.e.,the north extension)of the road.
