A-2
oil and gas facilities situated throughout the immediate area, to include installations within the interior of
the Guttersen Ranches LLC property).
The Site is accessed via a gated entrance(off Weld County Road 59)extending into the Guttersen Ranches
LLC property(Exhibit A-2: Keenesburg Project Location). The Permit Area itself is, in turn, located on
and within the privately-owned surface controlled by Guttersen Ranches LLC, with the entrance thereto
being situated inside the gate at coordinates 40° 08' 46.185" North Latitude; -104° 30' 31.265" West
Longitude. Thus, the Permit Area is wholly within an area secured by a gated entry and/or four-strand,
barbed-wire perimeter fencing along or immediately interior to both the south and west Section 12 boundary
line(s). A short segment(approximately 120 ft.)of welded steel fencing extends south from the gated entry.
Site entry will be maintained in its current configuration, that being via the existing single-lane ranch service
road, which is equipped with a cattle guard at the gated entry point. The ranch service road continues into
the ranch property in a northeasterly direction. At a point approximately 350 ft.northeast of the gated entry,
a (to-be-constructed) loadout loop road will veer to the east, effectively establishing the perimeter of the
Permit Area as it turns south(clockwise travel pattern)and then back to the west, rejoining the ranch service
road at a point approximately 115 ft. northeast of the gated entry.
The Permit Area will encompass a roughly rectangular-shaped area (truncated at its west end by the
northeast-oriented ranch service road) comprising a total of 9.9 acres, as depicted in Exhibit A-3: Permit
Area and Proximal Features, as er Rule 6.3.1(3). Exhibit A-3 has been provided on a survey-developed
topography base map (rather than a USGS topographic map) in order to more clearly depict: (a) the low-
relief topography, with 1-foot contour intervals; (b) the location of the Permit Area and entrance thereto;
(c) all existing and proposed roadways; and, (d) the names of all immediately adjacent surface owners of
record.
To date,no street address has been assigned to the Site; however, it is anticipated that an address will issue
subsequent to Weld County review/approval of the project, at which time CSC will timely provide written
confirmation of the address to DRMS.
A metes and bounds parcel description for the 9.9-acre Permit Area has been compiled by a Colorado-
registered Professional Land Surveyor (signed/sealed copy retained by CSC; to be made available on
request), as follows:
Keenesburg Project—Limited Impact 110 Application_May 24,2019
