EXHIBIT M OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES <br /> 1 . An Air Pollution permit has been acquired for the mine area. <br /> (Permit #10WE1634F) . <br /> 2 . The Use by Special Review permit from Weld County includes <br /> addition of the amendment area so no other county approvals <br /> are needed prior to operations commencing on the new part of <br /> the mine . (Existing permit # AM-USR 1102) <br /> 3 . This is a open pit operation where ground water will be <br /> exposed. An approved substitute water supply plan (SWSP) is <br /> in place and the mine is covered by Well Permit Number <br /> 78129-F. <br /> 4 . A dredge/fill permit (404) is not required at this time <br /> because waters of the U. S . will not be impacted. <br /> S . A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) exists for the mine it <br /> will be expanded to cover the new area . <br /> 6 . A CPDS permit to de-water the mine is in place and will be <br /> expanded to cover the new area . (Permit # COG-501578) <br /> 14 <br />
