Mining will commence April 2019 and continue till no more sand is needed 2045 possible. <br /> (b.)There is no salvageable material to remove or to stock pile.Sand source is on top in creek. <br /> (c.) No overburden <br /> (d.)The deposit thickness varies of thickness most does not exceed 6 ft. <br /> (e.)There is no major components of the mining operations such as office, shop, buildings. <br /> Haul road is an existing road the owner uses to check on his livestock.There is an old <br /> road there that has been used and is sufficient for this operation.This is a very low <br /> production operation. On average there will be 1.5 loads per week to be hauled away from <br /> site. <br /> (f.)There should be no major disturbances to the land.The area to be disturbed will be limited <br /> to an area of 2,156 feet in length and no more than 200 feet in width. We are removing the <br /> sand from the creek.There will be no stockpiles, material will be directly loaded into <br /> equipment and hauled off.We do not want the sand contaminated with clay or dirt so we will <br /> be staying above the bottom of the creek and away from the sides of the creek.The side <br /> slopes should only be a couple feet deep and the sand slope should be a 3 to 1 at least. Head <br /> cutting will be prevented by staying away from creek sides will keep mining inside on the side <br /> boundaries and markers will be in place to mark the end boundaries to keep mining contained <br /> in boundaries. <br /> (g.)The existing roads are 15 feet wide and they will be used for truck traffic.No improvements <br /> Are necessary.There will be runoff from area. <br /> (h.)
