The Collom area approved disturbance limit was inspected to ensure Colowyo was <br />within its approved boundary. The boundaries were driven and walked to and compared to GPS. Colowyo has <br />preemptively created approximately a 50 foot buffer within its max disturbance boundary to ensure all <br />disturbances is within the approved limits. No issues were observed. <br /> <br />Coal was being stockpiled at the Collom facility stockpile location. Coal has not yet been transported from Collom <br />to the loadout at the time of this inspection. <br /> <br />Southern disturbance limit at Collom Pit. Collom coal stockpile. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Activities within the South Taylor Pit was temporarily halted in preparation for a cast blast. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The Collom Haul Road was being paved and the final intersection with the loadout was being worked on. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The East and West Pit reclamation looks good. Due to a wet winter and spring, vegetation has begun to reestablish <br />itself.
