A crew was on-site
cleaning the pond during the inspection. The pond was also surveyed to ensure it met the as-built specifications
during the cleaning process. Sediment was being redistributed within the pond to allow for better retention time
and to allow the sediment to dry out for transportation.

Sediment fence was inspected along Haul Road A as well as the perimeter of the Collom area, specifically the
Collom Pit. The majority of the silt fence was stable and in working order. Some areas were observed to have been
pushed over during road maintenance but were repaired during the inspection. No sediment was observed leaving
the site and all fences inspected were working as intended. Additionally, for particular areas of the Collom Pit,
exemptions and alternative sediment control practices has been approved with the use of these silt fences (Volume
18, Exhibit 7, Item 23, Part H). This area of silt fence was inspected and no issues were observed.

Final East Pit Ditch. D-1 Ditch below Sidehill Pond.

Streeter Pond. Section 25 Pond.
