The site will be revegetated according <br /> to the plan prepared by the USDA Soil Survey Office in Pagosa Springs and included <br /> herein which states the vegetation and rate of pure live seed to be applied as well as the <br /> method. Mulching and broadcast method and quantities are also stated and will be used <br /> in the reclamation phase. If The Division has a statutory reclamation cost plan that is <br /> acceptable or we can use the Division's reclamation cost work sheet; that is also <br /> acceptable. <br /> 6.3.6 — List of Other Permits and Licenses Required <br /> The following statement is a list of permits which the applicant has in conjunction with <br /> this permit. We know of no others that necessary: <br /> 1. USACE 404 Permit (enclosed) <br /> 2. Air quality emissions permits (for portable operating equipment) <br /> 3. CDOT access permit for secured private access gate on US Highway 160 <br /> 4.
