Following receipt of that <br /> letter, you promptly contacted staff to arrange for a meeting on the site, which occurred on October 4, 2018. <br /> Present at the site visit were yourself as the property owner; Don Reimer, Summit County Planning Director; <br /> Scott Hoffman, Summit County Building Official; and Eric Scott, representing the State of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining, and Safety ("DRMS"). DRMS proceeded with an administrative violation process as your <br /> activities constituted a violation of state rules and regulations regarding mining as well as violation of our local <br /> rules. <br /> We are in contact with DRMS and have been conducting our violation proceeding to follow the lead of that <br /> agency. We understand that you had a hearing before DRMS and were instructed to comply with a number of <br /> requirements to comply with DRMS regulations. The date to comply with the DRMS requirements was April 25, <br /> 2019. Upon information and belief, it is our understanding that you have not complied with the DRMS <br /> requirements,nor have you complied with numerous requests from us to provide a plan meeting the requirements <br /> outlined in our letters of October 16, 2018 and December 12, 2018. <br /> In order to rectify the Engineering Department violations, a Grading & Excavation Permit Application must be <br /> submitted with the following information to the Engineering Department: <br /> • Completed Grading& Excavation Permit Application including: <br /> ■ Application Form <br /> • Certified topographic survey signed and stamped by a State of Colorado Licensed Surveyor <br /> which shows the property boundaries and the recent site disturbance, structures, and other <br /> improvements. <br /> ■ Site plan(s) for the restoration of the site to its natural state including: <br /> o Precise Grading Plans <br />
