The waste was being spread in lifts about <br />4-6 inches thick and being compacted with a compactor pulled behind a bulldozer. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> King II <br />On the east end of the topsoil stockpile, there is an area of thistle rosettes that need to be treated. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine entrance signs were in place with the required information. <br />Disturbance boundary markers were in place. <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> <br />PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> <br /> Photo 1 – King I Sediment Trap Photo 2 – Reach 5 Cleaned
