April 11, 2019 C-1981-041/Roadside Portals CCW <br /> <br /> <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 9 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br /> <br />- Borrow Area <br />The Borrow Area was stable and well vegetated. There were no indications of erosion of instability. <br /> <br />- Conveyor Footprint <br />T he site was stable with well-established vegetation. There were no erosional issues noted or concerns with <br />stability. <br /> <br />BACKFILL AND GRADING – RULE 4.14: <br /> Sites inspected that were a part of the March 27 maintenance work included: <br /> <br />- Beckwith identified items 101-1, 101-2 and 101-3 (Photo 1) <br /> Photo 1: Photo taken looking east. Photo 2: Photo taken looking southwest. <br /> <br />All three holes (101-1, 101-2 and 101-3) identified above were filled in with material and compacted. The area <br />was blended to match the surrounding topography. The ditch in the same area was cleaned during this time (Photo <br />2). The site was seeded by the operator after the compaction was finished. The site was stable and there were no <br />indications of erosion or settling. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
