All ponds held water but it is undeterminable on whether discharge was occurring. However, based
upon the water level, it appears that no discharge was occurring from the final ponds in the two series associated
with Collom (Section 25 and 26 Ponds).

The Collom Pile Collector Ditches were also inspected. The ditches included D-1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Each ditch
appeared stable with no issues observed.

The Streeter and Section 16 Ponds were inspected. Each pond held water. Embankments were stable and no issues
were observed.

Water was observed within the Finial East Pit Ditch and the associated stock tanks held water.

Section 36 and Middle Pond. Section 25 and Sidehill Ponds.

GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
Coal is being mined from the Collom Pit by truck and shovel operations. The coal is being transported north east
of the pit and placed in the Coal Stockpile Area located in the Collom facility area. The pile was being shaped by
dozers at the time of the inspection.

Operations in the South Taylor Pit continues as normal.
