2.05.6 Mitigation of the Impacts of Mining Operations
(3)(b)(v)
Hydrologic Reclamation Plan
No hydrologic reclamation plan is proposed since there are no
identified hydrologic impacts.
(3)(b)(vi)
Locations
The location of each water diversion, collection, conveyance,
treatment, storage and discharge facility is presented on Figure 2.2-
2.
(3)(b)(vii)
Restoration of the approximate recharge capacity
In accordance with Rule 4.05.12(3), operations at the mine will not
impact the approximate recharge capacity of the permit and
adjacent area. Reclamation will restore the approximate premining
recharge rate.
(3)(b)(viii)
Supplemental PHC Information
The probable hydrologic consequences discussion presented
above indicates that; 1) no adverse impacts on or off the proposed
permit area will occur to the hydrological balance; and 2) no acid
forming contamination of groundwater or surface water supplies will
occur. Therefore, no supplemental PHC information is required.
(3)(c) Permanent Entry Seals
The plan for permanent entry seals is shown on Figures 3.7-1 and
3.7-2
PR -02 2.05-66 10/12
