CC&V remains committed to compliance with TR 103. <br /> Plan: <br /> CC&V proposes to move the silo from the HGM to the SGOSA,to the location shown in Figure 1. <br /> Details of the proposed layout and associated retaining wall are described below. Figure 2 depicts aspects <br /> of the below description. Figure 3 includes original certified design drawings for the silo, for reference. <br /> The silo may be slightly modified from this original drawing to allow better functionality in its new <br /> location. <br /> Layout: The silo will be placed adjacent to the haul road on an elevated,concrete foundation <br /> measuring 18 foot by 18 foot by 5 foot(length,width,depth). A 100 foot by 30 foot(length by <br /> height)retaining wall will be constructed, offset from the silo by approximately 45 feet. The silo <br /> will be equipped with a conveyor stretching from the bottom of the silo and over the retaining <br />
