ARGOSA <br /> • the Rocky Flats Lounge complex, which is a bar/restaurant owned by the Hogan family that is <br /> located within 200 feet of the affected lands boundary on the very south end of the lease <br /> property. <br /> A Structure Agreement has been mailed to Bill Hogan at 11219 Highway 93, Boulder, 80303, a copy of <br /> which is attached. <br /> American Contract Miners <br /> American Contract Miners own the land due north of the Arcosa processing area. There does not <br /> appear to be any permanent manmade structures on the property but rather the area is used for <br /> equipment storage. However, the Jefferson County Assessors parcel records state that there is a <br /> structure. A Structure Agreement was sent to American Contract Miners at 11808 State Highway 93, <br /> Boulder, CO 80303, a copy of which is attached. <br /> Old Tvme Saw Mill (John Sainsbury) <br /> There is a lot to the south of the lease area and east of Highway 93 owned by John Sainsbury. The Old <br /> Tyme Sawmill operates on this property. The area is located a significant distance from any active <br /> operations. A Structure Agreement was mailed to Mr. Sainsbury, the property owner at 11218 State <br /> Highway 93, Boulder, CO 80303. <br /> Various Dirt Roads <br /> There are several dirt roads that are located within 200 feet of the affected lands boundary. These <br /> roads all appear to be located on private lands with land owners who have been mailed Structure <br /> Agreements. Many of these roads are located a significant distance from Arcosa's active mining <br /> activities and will not be impacted by the mining activities. <br />
