A copy of the revised Exhibit C-2 — Mine Plan Map is provided in
Attachment B.
6.4.4. EXHIBIT D —MINING PLAN
(e) Approximate Mining Timetable
Mining and backfill of Cell 1 is complete. Currently, the southeastern corner of Cell 3 is being
mined and backfilled with operations moving to the west and southwest. It is anticipated that Cell 3
will then be mined towards the north as depicted on Exhibit C-2— Mine Plan Map in Attachment B.
Mining will then begin in Cell 2 with operations moving from the west to the east. Mining will then
move south to the northeastern corner of Cell 3. An approximate mining timetable is given in Table
6.4.4-2. However, as aggregate mining and processing is entirely dependent on market conditions,
the mining timetable is an estimated schedule.
Table 6.4.4-2: Mining Timetable
Mining Cell Size of Mining Cell Approximate Time Until Complete
Cell 1 4 acres Complete
Cell 2 8 acres 4—5 Years
3 —4 Years(Western Half)
Cell 3 32 acres
5 —6 Years(Northeast Corner)
Cell 4 23 acres 6—8 Years
Cell 5 4 acres 8—9 Years
Cell 6 4 acres 8—9 Years
Total 75 acres 8—9 Years
6.4.6 EXHIBIT F RECLAMATION PLAN MAP
Though wells CHAVERS 14-18A and HSR-WATADA 11-18A were P&A and gathering line 98-6-
3 was removed, according to the Surface Use Agreement (SUA) between ASCI and APC, APC has
the right to drill a future well in each well pad area and maintains rights to pipeline easements and
access right-of-way (ROW). Should APC choose to drill new wells in the future, the 75-foot mining
setback and 200-foot backfill radii would once again become applicable, if ASCI is still mining the
property. However, should mining be finished and reclamation of the Site is ongoing or complete,
ASCI is still required to maintain a 200-foot distance from future well location to the beginning of
