(ASCI) is submitting this Technical Revision No. 2 (TR-02) to update
Exhibit C-2 — Mine Plan Map for the Chavers Mining Resource (Site). In 2018, Kerr-McGee Oil &
Gas Onshore LP (a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation [APQ plugged and abandoned
(P&A) two (2) oil & gas wells, along with the associated flow lines, and removed the gathering line
which transported gas from the wells off-site. In addition to revising the Mine Plan Map, ASCI is
submitting an update to Exhibit D — Mining Plan Section (e) Approximate Mining Timetable to
reflect the current conditions and anticipated mining schedule. ASCI is also submitting an updated
Exhibit F—Reclamation Plan Map to reflect the P&A/removal activities.
6.4.3 EXHIBIT C-2 MINE PLAN MAP
As a result of the P&A and removal activities, ASCI is executing its option to mine sand and gravel
in these areas since oil & gas operations are no longer occurring and the potential for impacts is
minimal. The following features have been revised on the Exhibit C-2—Mine Plan Map for the Site.
CHAVERS 14-18A Well: Located at the south end of the Site where Cells 1, 5, and 6
converge, the well has been P&A. The associated flow line has been removed along with the
75-foot mining setback and 200-foot backfill radii as they are not currently applicable.
HSR-WATADA 11-18A Well: Located near the center of Cell 3, the well has been P&A.
The tank batteries and associated flow line have been removed. The 75-foot mining setback
and 200-foot backfill radii have also been removed as they are not currently applicable.
98-6-3 Gathering Line: Formerly beginning at the HSR-WATADA 11-18A well and
traversing the Site southwest between Cells 3 and 4, this gathering line has been removed and
is no longer depicted on the map.
