Exhibit C— Pre-Mininq/Mining Plan <br /> 0 <br /> a. Revision of the mine phasing to change to two phases. o <br /> x W.I70 <br /> 2. Exhibit L— Reclamation Costs <br /> a. Revision of the financial warranty required for the reclamation of each phase of <br /> mining. <br /> Detailed descriptions of these revisions are in the following sections. <br /> Exhibit C— Pre-Mining/Mining Plan <br /> Revision of mine phasing <br /> The slurry wall has been designed and the slurry wall has been installed/constructed, as <br /> shown on the attached map, and the leak test has been completed for the slurry wall. The <br /> other phases that are impacted are as follows: <br /> 1. Areas in Phase 1 have been disturbed and are currently being used to process and <br /> stockpile construction aggregates. These phases will be bonded for reclamation of <br /> the areas for topsoiling and seeding only as these phases are only mined to 2 feet <br /> above the existing ground water levels. <br /> 2.
