(ASCI) is submitting this Technical Revision No. 2 (TR-02) to update
Exhibit C-2 — Mine Plan Map for the Nelson Mining Resource (Site). During 2017 and 2018, Kerr-
McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP (a subsidiary of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation) plugged and
abandoned (P&A) two (2) oil & gas wells and removed the associated flow lines. In addition to
revising the Mine Plan Map, ASCI is also submitting an update to the Mining Plan - Approximate
Mining Timetable to reflect the current conditions and anticipated mining schedule.
6.4.3 EXHIBIT C-2 MINE PLAN MAP
As a result of the P&A and line removal activities, the following features have been revised on the
Exhibit C-2—Mine Plan Map for the Site.
NELSON 9-31A Well: Located at the north end of the Site in Cell A near the Cell B
boundary, the well was P&A and the flow line was removed from the Site boundary. The 75-
foot mining setback and 200-foot backfill radii have been removed from the map.
HAROLD NELSON UNIT A TRUE 1 Well: Located at the western edge of Cell A near
the center, the well and associated flow line have been P&A. The 75-foot mining setback and
200-foot backfill radii have been removed from the map.
Future Well Location: Located at the south end of the Site in Cell A near the Cell B
boundary, a well was never installed in this location. Due to no well installed, the 75-foot
mining setback and 200-foot backfill radii are no longer applicable and have been removed
from the map.
