The Landowner’s headgate at rapid creek was <br />closed. A small amount of water was observed to be in the diversion; however, the water was not flowing. Water <br />was observed to trickling from the landowner’s pipe into the diversion leading into the Carey “pit”. Water was not <br />pooling in the pit (Photo 2). <br /> <br />Photo 2: The photo was taken looking into the Carey “pit”. The damp area was from the water flowing into the <br />pit from the landowner ’s pipe. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Access roads throughout the mine site were in good repair. Minor rutting was observed in a couple of <br />locations. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />- Conveyor Footprint <br />The conveyor footprint was well vegetated and stable. There were no indications of erosional features. <br /> <br />- Borrow Area (Photo 3) <br />The borrow area had well-established vegetation on it.
