The inspection was <br />completed by Clayton Wein of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (the Division). Tonya Hammond <br />of Snowcap Coal Company, Inc was present for the inspection. The weather was clear with a temperature 35 <br />degrees F. The ground conditions were mostly dry and muddy in some places around the site. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> The records for the Roadside Mine are located in Grand Junction, CO at Tonya Hammond’s office. The <br />records were in good condition and well kept. Please see the attached Availability of records form at the end of <br />this report for more details. <br /> <br />FISH and WILDLIFE – Rule 4.18: <br /> During the inspection a couple of deer were potted along one of the southern access roads (Photo 1). <br /> <br />Photo 1: One of the deer spotted during the inspection.
