Please submit a new Certification Page (Page#7)with the Applicant/Operator identified as Taylor <br /> Conway. <br /> 2. On the Application,the Primary Present Land Use and the Primary Future(Post-mining)Land Use is <br /> identified as Recreation. Please confirm this was selected as the affected land and adjacent area is on <br /> United States Forest Service(USFS)lands and the public uses these lands for recreation,however, <br /> the mining and reclamation plans do not propose the removal or creation of any trails,campgrounds, <br /> etc.Although only one option is requested to be'checked,please confirm the Rangeland,Wildlife <br /> Habitat,and/or Forestry categories could also be applicable. <br /> GENERAL APPLICATION PROCEDURES <br /> 3. As required by Rule 1.6.2,please submit proof of publication in a newspaper of general circulation <br /> in the locality of the proposed mining operation. <br /> 4.
