14. Please update the mine's structural inventory. <br />Response: The summary of structures and renewable resources has been reviewed and updated, as <br />appropriate, consistent with the map updates previously addressed in the response to Comment 8. Copies <br />of updated documentation accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />15. Please update the mine's well inventory. <br />Response: No new wells have been established subsequent to the prior PR14-10 and PR15-11 approvals, <br />so no updates are needed. <br />16. Please provide the mine's updated water augmentation plan. <br />Response: The approved Colorado Division of Water Resources (DWR) Augmentation Plan (Case <br />90CW99) was most recently revised and approved in 2005 (Case 05CW 12). The Plan remains valid. <br />While not a required component of the CDRMS Mining and Reclamation Permit, a copy of the <br />Augmentation Plan and most recent approval are provided with these responses for reference. <br />17. Please update Exhibit 4E-11 Wolf Creek AVF Monitoring Program. <br />Response: The referenced exhibit has been reviewed and updated as appropriate. Copies of updated <br />documentation accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />18. Please provide discussion in relation to the reclaimed air shaft which will be undermined by panel <br />4Right LW. Include any expected effects of subsiding the reclaimed air shaft and how any possible <br />damage will be assessed and repaired if necessary. <br />Response: A brief discussion of potential subsidence effects and protective measures relative to the <br />reclaimed Eastern Mining District Ventilation Shaft has been added to the subsidence section of the <br />permit. Copies of updated documentation accompany these responses for replacement in the PAP. <br />19. Please submit any new subsidence evaluation based on the updated mine plan including any new or <br />updated subsidence agreements with (a) Landowners including access roads, (b) Owners of power <br />lines, and (c) Routt County including any updated agreements in reference to county roads. <br />Response: The existing subsidence evaluation and existing subsidence agreements with the noted entities <br />remain in effect, and no new entities will be potentially impacted by the planned mining operations and <br />related potential subsidence. <br />
