OTHER PERMITS AND LICENSES REQUIRED EXHIBIT K <br /> The following permits are needed for the site: <br /> 1. County Special Use Permit <br /> 2. NPDES combined process water/storm water discharge permit—A NPDES permit will <br /> not be needed from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment since <br /> water will not leave the site until vegetation is sufficient to control erosion. <br /> 3.
