SUBJECT: Ownership of parcel west of Schmidt Site, M-2011-014
Dear Mr. Lucas:
This letter addresses the issue of ownership of Parcel 5693-1210-1004,west of the Schmidt Parcel.The
Bennetts(Robert S and Alice M)were the owners in 2011 but were not the owners in 2018 or today.
Below is a partial screen shot of the Archuleta County GIS on-line map (downloaded on 18 FEB 2019)
showing that the property is indeed owned by Mo's Rentals LLC, who either purchased it from the
Bennetts between 2011 and 2018, or from a subsequent owner.

The information which was thought an error in the Exhibits for the Application for Technical Revision#1
(dated 05 November 2018) was actually a copy of the original application for the Reclamation Permit
dated 30 September 2011, when the Bennetts owned the property.That information was resubmitted in
the 2018 TR-1 package along with other portions of the 2011 application exhibits as requested by the
Division. The information concerning the Bennetts (and other owners of adjacent and nearby property)
is found on pages 19, 37, and 38'of the 2018 package, with the 2011 date identified in the footer.
