Colowyo Coal Company <br />2018 Annual Reclamation and Hydrology Report <br />SECTION 7 —DITCH CONSTRUCTION CERTIFICATIONS <br />RULE REQUIREMENT <br />Rule 2.04.13(2) the Permittee may provide additional monitoring information as required <br />by the approved permit. <br />GENERAL DISCUSSION <br />Section 4.05.4 of the PAP states, "Upon completion of each permanent channel segment, <br />an engineering construction report will be prepared and submitted in the Annual <br />Reclamation Report. This report will provide certification by a professional engineer that <br />the channel segment has been constructed to the appropriate widths, lengths, alignment, <br />channel slope and riprap or other erosion protection specifications to meet the intended <br />design criteria." <br />During 2018, Colowyo did not construct any post -mine channels. <br />Page 33 <br />
