ERMR has agreed to submit GIS data that was collected by their drone to be used to verify the <br />topography profiles. The drone is operated by Tri-State and it collected the data the day before this inspection. <br />The data was being processed and was not ready in time for this report. The GIS/drone data that will be submitted <br />by Tri-State in support of SL2 will be included in the SL2 Findings document. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> Pond 1 did not contain water. The east and west (photo 2) ditches were in good condition with no <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />Pond 2 did not contain water (photo 3). The south ditch and inlet structure were in good condition (photo 4). <br /> <br />The NH1 pond was inaccessible due to muddy conditions. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The permit boundary signs and mine entrance signs were in place. <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br /> <br />PHOTOGRAPHS <br /> Photo 1 – Irrigation Center Pivot Photo 2 – Pond 1 West Ditch
