Engineering Evaluation of Impacts on Permanent Manmade Structures within 200 feet of Permit
Boundaries and Affected Lands, M2011-014 Schmidt Site,Archuleta County.
Purpose: In accordance with Rule 3.6.12 (Exhibit L—Permanent Manmade Structures),when there is a
potential for adverse impact on the stability of any significant,valuable, and permanent manmade
structure within 200 feet of the affected land, and there has been no structure agreement reached
between the Operator(Applicant) and Person(s) having an interest in the structures, an appropriate
engineering evaluation shall be provided by the Operator(Applicant)that such structures shall not be
damaged by activities occurring at the mining operation.
The undersigned identified the following structures, by site inspection and aerial photography,which
appear to meet the requirements of significant,valuable, and permanent manmade structures within
200 feet of the affected land.
Structure Evaluation
