PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT "C" MINING MAP. <br />(f) The depth of the deposit is 5 to 40 feet deep and the stratum immediately <br />beneath the material to be mined is clay / shale. Neither the property owner nor <br />the Operator are aware of free groundwater located within the depths to be mined. <br />However, if groundwater is encountered, the Operator will notify DRMS and <br />backfill any exposed groundwater with at least 2 feet of soil. <br />(g) Sand, gravel and road base along with structural fill are the main commodities <br />to be mined. There are no other commodities to be mined only construction <br />aggregates. <br />(h) Products from this mine site will be used for construction materials as defined <br />by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety as follows: "Construction <br />Materials" means rock, clay, silt, sand, gravel, limestone, dimension stone, marble <br />or shale extracted for use in the production of non-metallic construction products. <br />(i) No use of explosives will be used during mining or reclamation. <br />
