(b) Area Disturbed - No new disturbance was created by Snowcap Coal Company,
Inc. during the year. With the approval of TR-69 in July 2017, 0.4 acres were
approved for additional disturbance in accordance to SCC’s hydrologic
communication repair plan. These acres will not be included in SCC’s Annual
Reclamation Report until the actual disturbance is created. There are no other
remaining mine related disturbances to be reclaimed.
