This plan proposes to replace <br />depletions resulting from current and past mining at ten (10) sites specified in Table A below. Aggregate had completed mining at the Fulton Lakes Pit and <br />reclamation of the site and ownership was transferred to the City of Thornton. The only consumptive use of water under <br />DRMS permit no.
