The additional affected area is located on USFS managed <br /> lands. The total affected area is increased from 43.38 acres to 112.44 acres. <br /> The terms of the Amendment No.3 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No.M-1983- <br /> 011. <br /> The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. <br /> M-1983-011 remain in full force and effect. <br /> No mine related activity can take place on the USFS managed lands added to the affected area through <br /> this Amendment until adequate financial warranty is in place with the Division. The Division has set <br /> the required financial warranty at$190,000. The Division currently holds a financial warranty for this <br /> site in the amount of $42,467.00.
