The pile was sloped to the <br />west and south as designed (photo 4). The slope gradient was not measured. A smaller pile of unconsolidated <br />waste was staged on top of the pile and was being incorporated in the waste pile. This unconsolidated pile was <br />smaller than it was during the last inspection. The north side of the waste pile is almost up to the level of the clean <br />water ditch. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The roads at the King I and II were well maintained.
