A photo of of the existing <br /> synthetic liner condition was taken at each pothole location. <br /> NewFields CQA personnel continuously monitored the backfill of the potholes upon <br /> inspection of the synthetic liner. Observed the used of drainage cover fill material being used <br /> at all pothole locations. Observed the material being spread over the synthetic liner to be at <br /> the minimum 2 foot thickness and that care was taken to prevent damage to the underlying <br /> synthetic liner at all times. <br /> 3.0 COMMUNICATIONS AND MEETINGS <br /> Attended the daily morning safety meeting conducted by Ames in the field at 0645 hrs. <br /> Morning discussion with Kevin of Ames. Ames to complete pothole excavations and start <br /> backfill with drainage cover fill provided by the mine upon completion of CQA inspection of <br /> the synthetic liner.
