The State Engineer has design and performance standards for the reservoir lining design in terms of <br /> maximum allowable groundwater inflow from the perimeter and the bottom of the reservoir. The <br /> performance standard allows for groundwater inflow three times greater than the design standard. These <br /> standards are presented in Table 1, Item 3.16 <br /> The slurry wall performance shall meet this performance standard. Final acceptance of this work will <br /> occur after verification of meeting the performance standard.
