(TMCCOP/CMC)requests the <br /> Corrective Action due date for submittal of the Technical Revision(TR) for the Pueblo West Pit, <br /> File No. M-1977-573, be extended from January 10, 2019 to February 10, 2019. <br /> We would like to include the Finger Lake area into the requested TR if the Colorado Division of <br /> Parks and Wildlife (CDPW) determine it requires additional reclamation measures. Therefore, <br /> we will need time for meeting(s) with the CDPW. In addition,the CDPW may require a site <br /> visit. A site visit would likely include the presence of the Division of Reclamation, Mining and <br /> Safety (CDRMS). <br /> Given the Finger Lake area is stable and vegetated; an extension should not result in any <br /> environmental harm or off-site damage.
