No new waste material is <br />being generated by the mine. Gob piles have been graded so runoff will drain to the sides and away from the pile <br />faces. Ditches are in place to manage runoff from the piles. BRL has not yet placed waste material on the <br />temporary pile location at the west side of Gob pile no. 3. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6): <br /> Roads throughout the facilities area were in good condition. As the temperatures began to warm, the <br />frozen roads began to soften. We avoided driving on soft roadways to minimize rutting. We attempted to access <br />the Terror Creek Vent shaft area.
