30. Structure agreements have been sent out to all structure owners via certified mail, in <br /> accordance with Rule 6.4.19(a) and (c). In the event that any structure owners are unable <br /> or unwilling sign a structure agreement, Rule 6.4.19(b)will apply. <br /> 31. Colorado Interstate Gas has a line running on the east side of the County Road. It is only <br /> within 200 feet of the creek disturbance. <br /> 32.
