See item 30.
Geotechnical Stability Exhibit
33. Mining will be kept at least 30 feet from gas lines and 10 feet from power poles as
required. Excluding fences that are owned by the applicant,no other structures are within
50 feet of the proposed mining areas.
34. Vertical highwalls are frequently maintained during mining operations due to the nature
of sand and gravel mining. They are temporary in nature and therefore are not evaluated
for slope stability. However, at the Robinson Sons Gravel Pit No. 1, no active vertical
mining highwall will be within 25 feet of a power pole or within 90 feet of a gas line.
These are the closest structures to mining slopes that are not owned by the
operator/applicant.
Attachments
These are the documents attached to this response in support of it.
Documents Maps
CPW Letter C-1,C-2
NRCS Data F-1
Please contact me if you have any further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Ben Langenfeld, P.E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
Robinson Pit No. 1 4 Greg 1e icki and Associates,19.1.c'
