A detailed examination of the appropriateness of additional WQS based
limitations is contained in the May 12, 1982 rationale and the November 7,
1983 rationale. Based on all available information no limitations other than
those in Table 2 are appropriate.
No surface runoff water is discharged through these three outfalls. For this
reason, federal "storm exemptions" do not apply.
