In accordance with Rule 6.2.1(2)(d), please update <br /> these maps to depict the permit boundary within the claim boundary OR just include the <br /> proposed permit boundary. <br /> C. Within Exhibit B, the Applicant refers to a USFS biological and environmental evaluation <br /> on file with DRMS and USFS South Park Ranger District offices for a detailed description of the <br /> vegetation in the area of the proposed disturbance. Please provide a copy of this report or <br /> provide a description of the vegetation characteristics in the area of the proposed operations as <br /> required by Rule 6.3.2(a). <br /> This evaluation was never made available to ZyMin Corporation, but was referenced by Ms. <br /> Amy Titterington, Geologist, USFS, South Park Ranger District. As I understand the matter,the <br /> information contained in that evaluation was forwarded to the DRMS both in 2015—2016, and <br /> again in 2018 by the US Forest Service. She has been contacted for a copy.
