A dump truck then hauled the waste to the <br />top of the waste pile. <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3), Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br />(6)/4.03.2(5) and (6), Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> King I - <br />The haul road was well maintained. The silt fence on the east side was in working order. The wattles on the west <br />side of the road need to be repaired (photo 4). <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine entrance sign was in place. <br />The disturbance boundary signs/markers were in place. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> King I - <br />The plant growth material pile had a sign and the ring ditch was in good condition. <br /> <br />King II - <br />Topsoil pile #1 sign on east side needs to be facing out from pile and moved to north end where the roadway meets <br />the pile. The ring ditch on the north east side of the pile needs to be repaired. <br />Topsoil pile #2 ring ditch was in good condition and signs were in place. <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
