Jordan McCourt of GCC Energy was present for the entire inspection. The <br />weather conditions were sunny, cool and windy. The ground was dry and the temperature was approximately 50F. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS – Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> All required records were on file and available for review at the mine office. No problems were noted <br />with the records review. Please see the availability of records checklist at the end of this report. <br /> <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage – Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> King I - <br />Reach 1, 5, 9, 10 and 11 were clear of obstructions <br />The west pond did not contain water and the embankment appeared stable (photo 1). <br />The east pond did not contain water and the embankment appeared stable. <br /> <br />King 2 - <br />Clear water ditch CWD-1A was free of obstructions. <br />The east clear water ditch, CWD--2 was free of obstructions. <br />Culverts C11, C12, C14, C15, C16 and C17 were free of obstructions. <br />The inlets to C5 (photo 2) and C13 had sediment built up and need to be cleaned. <br />The inlets next to the crusher (C8) and next to the substation (C10) need to be cleaned. <br />The cattle guard and catch basin were in working order. <br />Pond 1 did not contain water and the embankment appeared to be stable. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br /> King I -
