The road was in good <br />repair and there were no signs of instability. There were no erosional features observed. The reclaimed haul road <br />was well vegetated and stable. There were no erosional features observed. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The reclaimed sediment pond was stable with well-established vegetation. There were not any erosional <br />features at the site. The topsoil pile footprint was well vegetated and stable. There was no evidence of erosion at <br />the reclaimed site. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification signs are located on the mine entrance gate and to the right of the gate (Photo 2 <br />and 3). The signs displayed the required information about the permit number, the permittee and the Division. <br />The signs were in good repair and easily located.
