The
inspection was conducted aerially by Harry Raney and the images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin
Reilley of the DRMS. No mine representative was present as this was an aerial inspection. Main haul roads
appeared in good repair, no hydrologic or air quality issues were detected in the imagery. The weather appeared
clear.

MAINTENANCE ITEMS OUTSTANDING:
1. Culvert maintenance identified in previous inspections (June 2018), should be completed as soon
as possible, preferably before winter weather creates accessibility issues. The operator has
indicated that a contractor has been hired to perform this work in the near future.
2. Culverts were identified that do not appear on the map.
3. Pond 17 shows some headcutting underneath the flume. It is usual for the operator to repair this
with bentonite.
4. Tpost at pond 17 had been knocked down and requires repositioning.
5. Landscape fabric is exposed above surge tank T26 and in other areas around the site.
6. Additional erosion control may be needed in PM18, near surge tank should gullies show signs of
advancing or deepening.

MAINTENANCE ITEMS NOTED in IMAGERY:
7. There appears to be gully erosion above stock tank 26 as identified in photo 5.

INSPECTION:
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:

This site is in reclamation and the processes appear to be progressing as expected. Vegetation appears
established and adequate although at this time of year vegetation is going dormant. Shop area appeared in
good condition.
