(m) Specify whether the ore will be processed on site and nature of milling.
• Hand sorted ore will run through the following process on-site as shown in further detail
in Exhibit E Map 3:
1. Ore is initially hand sorted.
2. Material is crushed down to 3/8"minus in a jaw crusher.
3. Jaw crusher material is loaded into a ball mill with 20 mesh screen.
4. Material is then loaded into a Knudson Bowl for concentrating heavier minerals that
is removed for further refining.
5. Recirculating water supply is stored in metal water troughs.
6. This is a water concentration process only. No chemicals or leaches will be used.
7. System (except for metal water troughs) is trailer mounted capable of running 1 to 2
tons of material per hour. Due to mucking of water and related cleanups required its
estimated system is limited to running 4 to 6 tons per day.
8. Downhill portion of mill area lined with hay bales.
9. Material will be dewatered prior to backfilling.
10. Tank to tank siphoning to dewater.
• Pursuant to rule 3.1.9 (2), woody vegetation utilized as fire wood, building materials, and
mulch. Trees on proposed trenching plan will be removed and utilized as noted above to
build structures for holding top soil, stony sandy loam plus firewood.
Note: Teton Drilling Inc. will send ore to the Federal Mill and at present time is not
setting crusher or wash plant up at the Dixie Mine due to plant not being ready.
Teton Drilling Inc. will keep the Colorado Division of Reclamation of Mining and Safety
updated if the crusher and wash plant is setup on-site at the Dixie Mine.
6.3.4 Exhibit D—Reclamation Plan
(a) Replacing Overburden and replacement depth.
• It's estimated that no more than 30' to length of trench opened at any given time before
replacement of all materials including top soil and replanting. The constraining factor is
holding capacity of plate steel waste rock holding container.
• Maximum time from removal of material until replacement will not exceed 180 days
except during winter months.
Teton Drilling Inc.
Dixie Mine-Clear Creek County,CO
Updated Revisions—March 12,2016
Page I11
