Temporary erosion control measures shall be implemented around this area <br /> during this activity (i.e. silt fence, straw bales, see SWMP). <br /> (vi) explain the establishment methods for each species of shrub and/or tree, <br /> and state the number of each to be established per acre. <br /> No shrub or tree species are scheduled to be established as part of this <br /> Reclamation Plan. <br /> (d) Specify which ponds,streams, roads and buildings, if any, will remain after <br /> reclamation. These features must be shown on the Exhibit E-Map. If ponds are <br /> part of the Reclamation Plan,slopes from S vertical feet above to 10 vertical feet <br /> below the expected average water level cannot be steeper than 3H:1 V; remaining <br /> slope lengths may not be steeper than 2H:1 V. Where wildlife habitat is the <br /> proposed future land use,shorelines should be irregularly shaped to promote a <br /> diverse wildlife habitat. The Colorado Division of Wildlife (DONS must be <br /> consulted where wildlife use is the proposed future land use. <br /> No structures are planned, no ponds will be built. An ephemeral stream does cross <br /> the property. No waste piles are in the stream and it will be left as is. <br /> (e) Specify the reclamation treatment of any waste rock dumps, tailing <br /> impoundments, underground mine openings, ditches,sediment control facilities, <br /> buildings and other features specified in your mine plan but not previously <br /> addressed in the Reclamation Plan narrative. These features must be shown on <br /> Exhibit E-Map. This should describe the measures taken to minimize <br /> disturbance to the hydrologic balance,prevent off site damage, and provide for a <br /> stable configuration consistent with the proposed future land use. <br /> The mining and reclamation plans are specifically designed to remove the pre- <br /> existing waste rock material. See procedures and treatments already detailed above. <br /> In the event that these operations are forced to cease prematurely for reasons <br /> beyond our control, Venture Resources Inc. shall not be responsible for reclamation <br /> of pre-existing abandoned mine waste rock piles that we have not disturbed during <br /> the course of these proposed operations. In our annual report,we will specify those <br /> areas impacted by our operations and those areas not impacted. <br /> In the unforeseen event that the DRMS moves to forfeit the reclamation bond . . . <br /> forfeited bond monies are not to be used for reclamation of pre-existing abandoned <br /> mine waste rock piles and/or conditions that were undisturbed during operations. <br /> The mining and reclamation plan describe an incremental approach to operations. <br /> The new affected area is within an area where there are pre-existing waste rock <br /> dumps. In the event of bond forfeiture, this partially excavated pile will not pose <br /> 42 <br />
